Initially planned for 2020, Orient Insurance has postponed the opening of its Saudi branch to 2022.
Such measure was taken due to the coronavirus which makes travelling a complex matter and causes disruptions in economic exchanges.
For the record, the Emirati insurer has obtained the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) to establish a subsidiary in Saudi Arabia with a paid-up capital of 300 million AED (81.66 million USD).
