The Tunis Stock Exchange’s (BVMT) Board of Directors has granted an agreement in principle for the IPO of Assurances Maghrebia.
The final agreement shall be issued by the Financial Market Council (CMF) and will be monitored by the stock exchange intermediary MAC SA.
For the record, IPO decision was given by the Ordinary General Meeting on 22 July 2020.
