saudi reSaudi Re [4] has received the Shariyah Review Bureau (SRB) certificate for its products, which attests to the compliance of Saudi Re's reinsurance operations with the Islamic law.

The Saudi reinsurer aims at strengthening its position in the Kingdom, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and the Lloyd's market.

The certificate recently issued by SRB could attract a number of customers, especially those operating in the Takaful reinsurance market.
