Enaya Cooperative Insurance and Amana Cooperative Insurance are in talks for a potential merger. The two insurers are expected to sign a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) to assess the feasibility of the operation.
In 2020, the insurance market witnessed a merger between Walaa Cooperative Insurance and MetLife AIG ANB Cooperative Insurance. Other fusions are reportedly under consideration.
