As they approach the renewal of their contracts, companies are facing tougher negotiations with insurers. The health crisis is leading the insurers to be much more demanding; not only increasing their prices, but also their deductibles while limiting the amount of coverage provided.
French insurance companies [4] have also decided to exclude pandemic and cyber risks from their future contracts. Some companies have been required to sign endorsements specifying that they no longer benefit from a pandemics/epidemics cover.
