AMI Assurances: call for applications for the position of administrator representing minority shareholders

ami assurancesAMI Assurances has opened applications to appoint an administrator representing minority shareholders for a three-year term (2020, 2021 and 2022).

Applications must be sent in a sealed envelope addressed to the Chairman of the Board of Directors ASSURANCES MULTIRISQUES ITTIHAD "AMI ASSURANCES" and marked "Not to be opened, application for a member of the Board of Directors representing minority shareholders".

Applications may be sent to AMI Assurances either by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, or by express mail to the company’s headquarters: "AMI ASSURANCES", Cité Les Pins Les Berges du Lac II - 1053 Tunis. Applications may also be submitted directly to the company's order desk.

Submission deadline is set for 11 December 2020. The elections will take place during AMI’s Ordinary General Assembly whose date shall be fixed subsequently.
