The first mobile app on the Tunisian insurance market, WinInti, developed in April 2020 by BH Assurance [4], is celebrating its first year.
The digital solution has managed to bring the insurer closer to its insured in only one year.
For the record, the offer allows customers to visit their accounts and track claims settlement online.
After one year of operation, more than 10 000 people have used WinInti and more than 7 000 have downloaded the app. WinInti has recorded a turnover of two million TND (715 310 USD) in one year.
