The Insurance Association of China reports that the non-life insurance market saw a decline in online earnings in 2020. The number of policies sold online decreased by 0.92% in 2020.
The non-life premiums underwritten on the internet amounted to 79.8 billion CNY (12.2 billion USD) in 2020, degrading by 4.85% compared to 2019.
