Position: Branch Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities/Output Expected:
- Responsible for managing sales staff and achieving target for branch sales and production.
- Ensuring profitable growth in all lines of business — (Medical, Motor, Life & General Insuranoe)
- Building and developing new business opportunities for the direct sales.
- Providing market feedback to underwriters on the latest trends and on changing requirements of clients/brokers in Abu Dhabi
- Manage and ensuring all renewals for direct business and collection of premium from brokers/clients
- Assisting Finance Department in collection of outstanding premiums.
- Excellent customer service and maintaining professional relationship with clients and brokers
- Responsible for reaching the given sales target for the branch, ensuring all objectives are met
- Maintain & develop portfolio of existing and new, client account to ensure renewals and maximize profitability through daily account management
- Delivering good customer service by responding swiftly to quires and concerns from clients
- Collection of all premiums from client within the agreed / approved credit period
- Building and managing a team
Skills And Qualification:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience managerial position in Insurance Industry
- Fluent in Arabic and English language
- Excellent sales skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership qualities
