Pathé Dione, CEO of the SUNU group, has announced the signing of a strategic agreement with Sanlam. The agreement concerns the exit of Saham Finances, a Moroccan company fully owned by the South African insurer, from the capital of SUNU.
Created in 1998, SUNU is 81.17% owned by the Dione family and 18.83% by other shareholders.
