SCOR: overhaul of the Executive Committee

SCORThe SCOR [4] group is making several changes to its executive committee. Laurent Rousseau, the group's Chief Executive Officer, will be surrounded by a new management team.

Three members have been entrusted with new functions:

  • Frieder Knüpling: Chief Executive Officer of SCOR Global Life (previously Chief Risk Officer)
  • Romain Launay: Deputy Chief Executive Officer of SCOR Global P&C and Chief Executive Officer of the Specialty Insurance business (previously Chief Operating Officer)
  • Fabian Uffer: Chief Risk Officer and member of the Group Executive Committee (formerly Group Head of Risk Modelling)

François de Varenne, Chief Executive Officer of SCOR Global Investments, and Claire Le Gall-Robinson, Group Secretary General, will see their functions extended to other responsibilities.

Three members of the Executive Committee will retain their current positions:

  • Ian Kelly, Group Chief Financial Officer
  • Jean-Paul Conoscente, Chief Executive Officer of SCOR Global P&C
  • Brona Magee, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of SCOR Global Life.
