The Board of Directors of Wataniya Insurance has recently recommended an increase of 200 million SAR (53.25 million USD) of the company's share capital.
The aim of this increase is to support the company's future projects and enhance its solvency margin.
The financial consultant of the operation, subject to the approval of the authorities, is to be appointed shortly.
