Saham Assurance launches the electronic processing of two key services, namely the coverage and the illness claim report pertaining to complementary insurance.
The insured can now receive the confirmation of coverage by text message and in real time without having to leave their home. This service is currently available in the health centers of Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech and Tangier. It will soon be deployed throughout the Kingdom.
The health claim can now be filed online through the customer portal (sahamassurance.ma [4]).
The solution will soon be available on the Saham Assurance Maroc mobile application.
This initiative is in line with the strategy of speeding up the digital transformation of the Moroccan insurer. It aims to facilitate the insured's daily life and limit the need to move around in the context of a pandemic.
