Taoufik Lachker Hidara has been promoted to General Manager of La Marocaine Vie. He succeeds Philippe Vial who is taking up other functions within the Société Générale group.
The appointment became effective on 1 October 2021.
A graduate of the National Institute of Statistics and Applied Economics (INSEA) in Rabat and the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium), T. Lachker Hidara joined the Moroccan insurer in 2003 where in his ten years of activity he held several positions.
In 2014, he joined Société Générale Assurances in Paris before returning in 2018 to La Marocaine Vie as deputy general manager.
For her part, Houda El Bahri was appointed Secretary General and member of the company's executive committee. Prior to her recent appointment, H. El Bahri worked for more than ten years with AXA Assurance Maroc.
