The Chinese supervisory authority (CBIRC) has published a draft law concerning foreign ownership of insurance asset management companies.
The draft law proposes to raise the cap on foreign investment in the capital of insurance asset management companies from the current 25% to 100%.
This policy would attract more foreign investors to China.
