Wafa AssuranceWafa Assurance has unveiled its new strategy called PHYGITALE, a combination of physical and digital. The aim is to include the network of general agents in the digital transformation of the insurance sector.

In other words, the company's general agent will have to adapt to the needs of customers who choose the digital way. The client will benefit from both the physical agency (human relations) and the digital (automation, flexibility, availability).
