Feb 2010 Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (AGIC) is expecting authorization from the central bank and the stock market authorities to proceed to its capital increase by 150%. The new capital will, therefore, attain 66.7 million USD. The company is hoping to finalise the move before the end of the first quarter 2010 and make profits by 2011.
