SCG RéThe Société Commerciale Gabonaise de Réassurance (SCG-Ré [4]) is launching two separate calls for tenders to recruit a financial intermediary and a communications agency to assist it in its share capital increase operation.

The deadline for receipt of tenders is 11 February 2022 at 12:00. The offers are valid for 120 days.

It is worth recalling that the Gabonese reinsurer's share capital will increase from 10 billion FCFA (17.3 million USD) to at least 15 billion FCFA (26 million USD).
