AXA has finalized the sale of its Singaporean insurance activities to HSBC Insurance (Asia-Pacific) Holdings, a subsidiary of Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation.
The transaction amounted to 463 million EUR (525.3 million USD).
The operation's scope does not include the Singaporean activities of AXA XL, AXA France, AXA Partners, MAXIS and AXA Global Healthcare.
