The American insurance group Amynta has signed a partnership agreement with the French reinsurer SCOR [4] to create a Managing General Agent (MGA).
The new entity, named Amynta Trade Credit Solutions, will provide trade credit insurance solutions in the United States.
Harpreet Mann will serve as president. Matthew Herzog and Donna Messick are named executive vice president and senior vice president, respectively.
