In partnership with the cell phone operator Moov Africa Burkina, the Société Nationale d'Assurances et de Réassurances (SONAR) has launched a new savings and capitalization product. "SONAR FREE INVEST" which is mainly designed to meet the needs of low-income people.
The solution allows the insured to build up, through free contributions starting from 100 FCFA (0.164 USD) per day, a capital payable at the end of the contract.
In addition to the savings, the policy allows, against the payment of an annual premium of 1 200 FCFA (2 USD), to subscribe to a capital of 250 000 FCFA (410 USD) in case of death or total and irreversible loss of autonomy.
SONAR FREE INVEST is intended for holders of a Moov Africa chip and a Moov money account.
