The Ivorian group NSIA has been authorized from the relevant authorities for the acquisition of four subsidiaries of Sanlam [4].
Announced in September 2021, the transaction deals with Sanlam's life entities in Togo and Gabon as well as the South African group's non-life companies in Congo and Guinea.
Through this initiative, NSIA aims to further develop and consolidate its insurance activities in Central and West Africa while operating in twelve countries: Benin, Cameroon, Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Nigeria, Senegal and Togo.
