In April 2020, BH Assurance developed "WinInti [4]", the first mobile app in the Tunisian insurance market [5].
After two years of activity, the digital solution has enabled more than 15 000 beneficiaries to benefit from 100% digital insurance services: automobile, multi-risk home and travel products.
The solution also offers customers the possibility to report their claims and consult their account online.

In line with its digital transformation plan, the Tunisian insurer has launched, in partnership with the startup Garanty, affinity insurance policies.
Members can now cover their smartphone and their glasses.
The offer of coverage of some common goods such as multimedia products or household appliances will be deployed soon.
