The Compagnie Centrale de Réassurance [4] (CCR) has recorded a turnover of 39.635 billion DZD (285 million USD) for the year 2021, representing an 18% increase compared to the year 2020. On the international market level, premiums have increased by 10% in one year.
The 2021 claims experience has declined, with gross incurred losses falling by 6%.
In addition, the Algerian reinsurer's net result is up by 20.5% which represents an excellent performance. From 4.154 billion DZD (29 million USD) in 2020, the company's result reached 5 billion DZD (36 million USD) in 2021.
As for financial investments, they have progressed by 5% reaching 4.95 billion DZD (35.6 million USD) in 2021.
