AXA Services Maroc, the expertise and customer relations center of AXA France, AXA Direct France and AXA Assistance France, is officially introducing work-from-home (WFH). Employees can now benefit from two days of home-based work per week.
The Moroccan center is also implementing support measures such as equipment, training for supervisors and raising awareness of psychosocial risks.
Through this initiative, AXA Services Maroc aims to position itself as a benchmark employer.
