The Mutuelle Agricole Marocaine d'Assurances (MAMDA) has launched a new 100% digital motor insurance service called "MCMA M3ak" on the Moroccan market.
Based on a conversational chatbot, the technological solution offers policyholders the following services:
- online motor claims notification
- real-time file tracking
- location of approved repair shops and retrieval of partners' contact information
- information on the different repair methods offered
- chat and conversation initiation with the customer relations center agents
"MCMA M3ak" is available on the mobile application WhatsApp.
