The South African training center Bussynet Advanced Trading is organizing a conference on insurance fraud prevention [4]. The event will be held on 6 and 7 July 2023 in Johannesburg, South Africa.
The conference will bring together experts to discuss fraud trends, particularly in the motor and health insurance sectors. They will also address how industry leaders are leveraging advanced technologies to detect fraudulent insurance claims.
Statistics from the South African Association for Savings and Investment (ASISA) have shown a 12% increase in fraudulent claims from 2019 to 2020 for local insurers.
