The Board of Directors of Maghrebia Vie approved the financial statements for the year 2022 at its meeting held on 10 March 2023.
The net result has reached 16.1 million TND (5.1 million USD), which represents a 28% increase compared to the 12.6 million TND (4.4 million USD) posted in 2021.
The company will be holding its Ordinary General Meeting on 18 April 2023. On that occasion, the Board of Directors will propose to the shareholders the distribution of a dividend of 0.291 TND (0.08 USD) per share for the year 2022.
It is worth mentioning that the Tunisian life insurer [4] ended the past year with a 13% turnover growth amounting to 105.3 million TND (33.5 million USD).
