The Moroccan Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) has been awarded three ISO certifications. This triple distinction was attributed according to three international standards:
- ISO 27001 (2013 version) for its Information Security Management System (ISMS).
- ISO 27701 (version 2019) for the secure processing of personally identifiable information. ACAPS thus becomes the first African regulator to receive such a distinction.
- ISO 9001 (version 2015) for its handling of complaints from policyholders, affiliates and members.
