The SUNU Group has sold its 19.11% stake in Banque Internationale pour le Commerce et l'Industrie de la Côte d'Ivoire (BICICI) to the investment firm Brandon & Mcain Capital.
This operation is in line with SUNU's strategy of creating its own banking division. Following this operation, the pan-African group will be able to establish SUNU Bank in Côte d'Ivoire by 2025.
