Jan 2008 Specialized in property, aviation, marine and aerospace insurance for big international firms, Axa Corporate Solutions (Axa CS) has finalised the takeover of American Matrix Risk Consultants Inc., a risk prevention company. The acquisition, whose amount has not been disclosed, is expected to consolidate AXA's technical capacity and confirms its strategy of expansion on the American and Asian markets.
