The volume of the gross written premiums has risen from 155.4 million USD in 2001 to 560.7 million USD in 2010. GDP has grown by 12% over the same period while penetration rate rose from 1.95% to 2.55% of GDP. Insurance density has progressed by 7.5% in average in ten years.
