Dec 2012 The Chinese insurer PICC will soon be listed on the Hong Kong financial markets with up to 4 billion USD. Talks are underway to determine hard core shareholders which include AIG, China Life along with at least two other companies, in addition to the French reinsurer. However, the list of pretenders has not yet been set as no agreement has been signed so far. Many Asian, particularly, Chinese insurance companies are also solicited.
