Staco Insurance relies on the swift settlement of claims

Staco Insurance has confirmed that the timely settlement of claims remains at the core of its customer loyalty campaign. In 2009, the company disbursed 1.33 billion NGN (8.9 million USD) for the indemnification of its insured. This figure has increased by 48% in comparison with that of 2008 (899 million NGN, 6.5 million USD). The breakdown of the claims occurring in 2009 has shown that the most affected classesof business are fire 530 million NGN (3.5 million USD), followed by motor 488 million NGN (3.3 million USD) and marine 36 million NGN (0.2 million USD).
