Nov 2012 Oman Reinsurance Company is planning a capital increase by 10 million OMR (26 million USD). This initiative will take the shape of a future listing move in 2014 in conformity with the regulatory requirements. The company proceeded to a capital increase of 5 million OMR (13 million USD) per year since 2009, and plans to detain a paid-up capital of 20 million OMR (52 million USD) by the end of 2012 then 30 million OMR (78 million USD) in 2014.
