Oct 2012 Scor Global P&C has posted a 24% growth of its turnover, at fixed exchange rate during the June and July renewal. Nearly 12% of the overall annual premiums are due in the same period. The volume of renewed premiums has amounted to 462 million EUR (568 million USD), scattered around Latin America (27%), United States (24%), China (14%) and Australia (10%). The so-called specialty classes of business contributed up to 53% in the renewal against 47% for non-life treaties and third party liability. The tariff increase noted during this period has been of 3% in average.
