SCOR: Combined General Meeting

SCOR's Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting was held in Paris on 25 May 2023 and chaired by Denis Kessler. All the resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors were approved by the meeting.

At the same time, Thierry Léger, the Group's CEO, outlined the three-year strategic plan (2024-2026). This new roadmap revolves around two main priorities:

• maximizing the Group's economic value and maintaining strong solvency in a favorable market environment
• developing the Group's business model to make it more competitive.

During the meeting, the French reinsurer also announced its withdrawal from the Net-Zero Insurance Alliance (NZIA). It is the fifth insurance market player after Munich Re, Zurich Insurance, Hannover Re and Swiss Re to leave the alliance in less than two months.
