Assurances Salim, 2016 results
According to the latest figures published by Assurances Salim, subsidiary of Banque de l’Habitat, pre-tax result showed an 8.87% decrease, going from 8.34 million TND (4.12 million USD) in 2015 to 7.6 million TND (3.3 million USD) in 2016. At 73.3 million TND (31.9 million USD), the turnover reported a double digit increase of 19.18%.
Pulling growth, the life class of business, rose from 21.61 million TND (10.68 million USD) to 28.5 million TND (12.4 million USD) in 2016, a 31.88% improvement in a single year. The motor class of business accounted for 23.87% of the company’s portfolio.
