Management of risks related to energy industries

The authorities have adopted three decrees on the prevention and management of major risks related to energy industries. After Hassi Messaoud, ranked as risky zone and which is subject of a relocation plan to another site, same as the oil areas of Hassi Berkine and Hassi R'mel, it is now the turn of industrial zones of Arzew, Skikda and the oil pole of In Amenas to be listed among the high-risk zones.
