7th African Actuarial Congress

The 7^th African Actuarial Congress (7AAC) will take place from 22 to 24 March 2026 in Cotonou, Benin.

The event is organized by the Association for the Promotion of Actuarial Sciences (APSA), in partnership with the International Actuarial Association.

Actuaries, regulators, insurers, financial institutions, and insurtech companies will gather to discuss key topics, including:
the transition to risk-based solvency regimes:

• the implementation of IFRS 17 accounting standards
• national experiences across Africa
• insurtech and inclusive insurance
• climate risks, resilience, and sustainable development
