Allianz Maroc has obtained the "NM ISO 9001:2015" certification for its Health Claims and Fire & Miscellaneous Risks Claims departments.
In January 2025, the company had already received this same certification for its Motor Claims activity.
This announcement was made during a ceremony organized by Allianz Maroc. The insurer also announced the launch of a new claims management process within repair garages. This system allows policyholders to repair their vehicles at the garage of their choice, whether or not the garage is a partner of the company, without having to pay upfront.
