ATIDI Celebrates Its 25th Anniversary

The African Trade and Investment Development Insurance (ATIDI) celebrated its 25^th anniversary.

To mark the occasion, a gala dinner was held during ATIDI’s 26th Annual General Meeting, which took place from 30 June to 3 July 2026, in Nairobi, Kenya, under the theme: “Empowering Africa: Risk Managed, Growth Unlocked”.

During the event, the company presented, among other things, its financial results for fiscal year 2025. Net income rose by 20% to reach 71.4 million USD. Total assets amounted to 1.06 billion USD while shareholders’ equity stood at 883 million USD.

Founded in 2001, ATIDI is a pan-African institution that provides commercial and political risk insurance to companies, investors, and funders interested in doing business in Africa.
