Axa and Microsoft to launch an e-health platform

The Axa Group and the IT giant Microsoft have signed a partnership to set up a digital healthcare platform. The platform will provide access to an ecosystem of healthcare services open to everyone.

The range of services offered includes a self-assessment and prevention tool, a concierge medicine service, a teleconsultation interface, a digital safe, home care services and a directory of healthcare professionals.

A pilot program of this platform is currently available in Germany and Italy and will be deployed by 2022 in the UK, Belgium, Spain and Switzerland.
