AXA XL finalizes the merger of XL Insurance Company SE with AXA Corporate Solutions and AXA ART

AXA XL has obtained regulatory approval to merge XL Insurance Company SE (XLICSE) with AXA Corporate Solutions (ACS) and AXA ART.

The combination of these three entities has been effective since December 31^st, 2019. The operation took place after the AXA's acquisition of XL Group in September 2018. The business of ACS and AXA ART will be transferred to XL Insurance Company, which will manage it from now on.
