AXA XL: Neil Cole, new Chief Underwriting Officer, Marine

Neil Cole has been promoted to Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO) of the AXA Group's marine business. The appointment came into effect on 1 April 2024.

Based in London, Cole will report to Anne Marie Elder, CUO of the Specialty division.

A graduate of Keele University in the UK, N. Cole has 25 years of professional experience in the marine sector, including 10 with AXA XL.
