Changes at Allianz France

On December 31, 2009, Jean Philippe Thierry will quit Allianz France's chairmanship as well as his duty of member of Allianz SE management board. J.P Thierry leaves the company two and half years after Allianz had taken full control of its stakes.
As of January 1, 2010, Enrico Cucchiani will replace Jean-Philippe Thierry as Allianz France administrator, while Jacques Richier, general manager , will be officially appointed chairman of Allianz France.
