Climate change, Insurers are offering assistance to the emerging countries

At the beginning of September, Lloyd's in association with the United Nations and the Geneva Association proposed assistance to the emerging countries designed to help them better manage their risks. This initiative aims at better assessing the engagements and the losses in the event of natural catastrophes costing the reinsurers an average 90 billion USD per year.
