Kuwait Re releases 2026 half-year results

Kuwait Re reported turnover of 273.14 million USD for the first six months of 2026, up 9.5% year-on-year.

The reinsurer's net profit for the period declined by 5.5% to 29.39 million USD.

Its combined ratio improved by 4.38 percentage points to 86.92%.

As of the end of the reporting period, total assets stood at 878.41 million USD, while shareholders' equity amounted to 366.64 million USD.
