ICMIF, increase of 10.3% of premiums in 2013

According to the latest report of the International Cooperative and Mutual Insurance Federation (ICMIF), members of the ICMIF recorded a total of 268 billion USD of premiums in 2013, a progression of 10.3% compared to 2012.

The association's share in the global production of the insurance industry thus reached 5.8% in 2013, against 5.5% the previous year.

Created in 1922 with five members, the ICMIF accounts today 220 members worldwide.
