Mamadou Aliou Sow, new Managing Director of Activa Guinée

Mamadou Aliou Sow has been appointed Managing Director of Ugar-Activa and Activa Vie, subject to regulatory approval.

He succeeds Ibrahima Camara and Moussa Diakite, former Managing Directors of Ugar-Activa and Activa Vie respectively, who are retiring.

Mr. Sow is a graduate actuary from the Institut de Science Financière et d'Assurances (ISFA) in Lyon. He also holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.

During his 20 years of professional experience, Mr. Sow has held senior positions in France, notably with AXA and Allianz.

In 2021, he joined Allianz Côte d'Ivoire as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
